All the products are made by hand inlay, we do not accept return or exchange for non-quality problems. If the item is defective within 7days after your receiving, we will send you a replacement without any extra charge, or offer a full refund after we receive the defective item.

The difference color caused by the difference in the background, light, and restore degree of the computer monitor. They are basically made by hand. Please carefully consider the color difference and minor defects before you decide whether to order.

Basically we will deliver the goods within 72 hours (1-3 days except Sunday) after payment received. It will take about 7 days for customized products to delivery. We will check it carefully and wrapped with in your mind before shipment.

Free Shipping for every order. Air Parcel By China Post or Yanwen air. Normally delivery may take 10~25 working days as orders are coming from China. Sometimes few parcesls will be arrive late for customs' check or other happenings. If it is more than 50 business days, you do not still receive your goods, please send message to us. Do not worry. You must get a satisfied solution. *Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays do not count as business days. Import duties,taxes and charges are not included, the buyer’s responsibility.
